Cross-Site AI Use Case Roadmap Development
Together with an international industrial company, we identified over 120 AI use cases, prioritized their value contribution, and developed a cross-site roadmap for the successful implementation of ChatGPT Enterprise.
Challenge
Our client, an international industrial manufacturing company, aimed to unlock the potential of ChatGPT Enterprise across its business functions. The objective was to identify high-value AI use cases across multiple locations, assess their business impact, and develop a prioritized roadmap to guide the company's AI transformation. At the same time, the organization needed to establish the technological and organizational foundations for the sustainable adoption of generative AI.
Approach
The project focused on the structured identification and prioritization of AI use cases across key business processes. Through a series of cross-functional workshops conducted at multiple international sites, we collaborated with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for generative AI and translate them into concrete use cases. These use cases were subsequently evaluated based on business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance, resulting in a prioritized AI backlog and implementation roadmap. In parallel, the introduction of ChatGPT Enterprise, supported by governance measures and targeted enablement initiatives, provided the foundation for the successful execution of prioritized AI initiatives.
