An AI Chatbot for everyone: How hagebauGPT boosts Efficiency and Creativity

Challenge
hagebau faced the challenge of leveraging generative AI’s potential within the company. The introduction of an internal chatbot based on ChatGPT aimed to optimize processes and maintain data sovereignty. However, the IT department’s resources were tied up with other major projects.
Approach
hagebau partnered with statworx to realize the proof of concept for hagebauGPT. CustomGPTs were implemented in the hagebau Azure Cloud. A collaborative approach ensured that all stakeholders were involved and the necessary infrastructures were established.
Results
hagebauGPT enables employees to work more efficiently with internal data and collaboratively develop innovative applications. One-third of the central office staff have already registered for the tool. hagebauGPT now serves as a foundation for further AI applications aimed at increasing revenue and optimizing processes.
