At a time of rapid technological progress, the competent handling of generative AI is becoming a decisive factor for the company’s success. A leading pharmaceutical company therefore wanted to train its employees in the use of multimodal AI applications. The challenge was to develop an engaging and interactive learning experience that would enable employees to actively engage with the topic of generative AI.
Approach
To overcome this challenge, statworx developed an interactive, modern and responsive web application that included an image prompting challenge. This application aimed to improve employees’ skills in using generative AI technologies by teaching them to optimise prompts. The task is to instruct a generative text-to-image model through text-based prompts to generate specific images.

The Image Prompting Challenge proved to be a great success and was enthusiastically received by the pharmaceutical company’s employees. They particularly appreciate the opportunity to experiment with AI image generation in a risk-free environment. This is also reflected in the app’s usage data: thousands of prompts were written and optimised within a short space of time.
