Challenge
A family-run medium-sized company wanted to set the course for its future AI strategy. Our aim was to identify specific fields of action for the profitable use of AI.
Approach
Firstly, we worked out the company’s AI maturity level in various dimensions and compared it with competitors. Based on this, we identified fields of action and tangible AI use cases for a pilot phase. The strategic phase of the project ended with management buy-in for a pilot use case.
Results
Based on the competition and AI maturity level analysis, we identified ten fields of action for the future use of AI along the entire value chain. We gained the support of the management to develop an AI pilot use case and supported the sustainable development of expertise within the organisation.
