The workshop - what to expect

Get to know (approx. 30 min)

First meeting to prepare for the workshop. We briefly familiarize ourselves with you and your company. Together, we discuss your current situation, ongoing challenges, and your knowledge of large language models.

Workshop (approx. 3 h)

We briefly provide initial knowledge as a basis for discussion and present exemplary use cases. Subsequently, we identify new use cases where processes can be optimized or new business models established using GPT-4.

Use case selection (approx. 30 min)

Based on a follow-up of the workshop conducted by us, a use case for the feasibility study is jointly selected.

Feasibility study (up to 5 person-days)

We explore the selected use case and derive a feasibility assessment based on it. For this, we apply the models provided by OpenAI (or comparable ones) to the individual situation. Additionally, we derive recommendations for the next steps.
