Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

• In the context of exciting customer projects, you will be involved in the development and implementation of customized cloud solutions
• You will collaborate with our customers, data and AI teams to understand their infrastructure needs and contribute to the design of solutions that meet those needs
• You will contribute to automating the provision of cloud resources with Infrastructure as Code and scripting
• You will monitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency
• You will help with troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues
• You will actively contribute to different formats of internal knowledge exchange 
• You will support our (senior) consultants in their daily work, for example by helping to prepare customer presentations

• You have experience working with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
• You bring along good skills in Bash/Shell scripting and are familiar with operating Linux-based systems
• You possess a good understanding of networking concepts, are aware of common cloud security best practices, and are eager to apply them
• You have already worked with Docker and preferably could also gain experience in working with Kubernetes
• Ideally, you have also worked with Infrastructure as Code solutions like Terraform, Pulumi or a comparable technology already
• Furthermore, experience with automated infrastructure deployment via CI/CD would be a plus
• You are a strong communicator, have at least a good command of English and an advanced basic knowledge of written and spoken German (as well as the willingness to develop further here)
• Furthermore, you are reliable and have a thorough and structured way of working

During our one-year trainee program, we will prepare you for a subsequent position as a consultant with a focus on Machine Learning engineering in our team. You will benefit from a tailored development program that includes a variety of basic training courses (for example, project management and presentation styles) as well as intense mentorship. Simultaneously, you will be able to utilize and expand your knowledge in real customer projects. We can assure you one thing you’re learning curve will be steep!
