Since 2011, we have already trained over 15,000 people worldwide in the areas of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning at our statworx AI Academy. From small training units & entry-level programs to long-term and global training concepts and data culture initiatives for our customers in the DAX environment, we offer a diverse and tailor-made portfolio. Our aim is to always have an eye on the latest trends (currently including Generative AI, Large Language Models and Data Culture) and to constantly develop our training methods. We are currently looking to expand our team and training offerings.

• Autonomous development and implementation of training projects in the areas of artificial intelligence, generative AI, data science, machine learning, cloud, business intelligence and coding for and with our corporate clients 
• Conducting training courses (virtual approx. 80%, face-to-face approx. 20%) and training series in the corporate learning environment 
• Conception and creation of theoretical and practical training units as well as interactive application examples with Python/R/Shell and no-code/low-code environments 
• Advising our customers and supporting communities as part of data culture initiatives 
• Reviewing and further developing the content and technical aspects of existing training materials 
• Active participation in internal projects such as hackathons and blogs as well as formats for internal knowledge exchange and expansion

• You have successfully completed your Master's degree with a quantitative focus, e.g. business administration, statistics, business informatics, social/political sciences 
• You have already gained practical experience in the implementation of data science projects, ideally in a corporate environment 
• You have a talent for preparing complex, technical content and communicating it clearly and interactively 
• You have very good knowledge and experience in data science methods and in at least one corresponding programming language (e.g. Python/R) 
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with agile working methods (especially Scrum) and digitization projects 
• You are a strong communicator and have very good written and spoken English and German skills
• In addition, you are characterized by your reliability as well as your thorough and structured way of working and are a real team player 
• You enjoy occasional business trips to our customers across Europe
