Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

• You will engage in the design and implementation of tailored AI solutions for our diverse clientele across business sectors and research fields, utilizing both R and Python 
• As part of this you will contribute to a range of projects, including but not limited to NLP, GenAI, forecasting, computer vision, and pricing 
• Consequently, you will have close contact with various stakeholders and representatives of our customers on a regular basis 
• Furthermore, you will oversee your own internal projects, such as hackathons, internal trainings, or blogs 
• You will actively contribute to different formats of internal knowledge exchange 
• You will also assist our (senior) consultants in their everyday tasks, such as helping them prepare customer meetings and presentations 

• You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in data science, business administration/economics, statistics, or business informatics 
• But even more important: you have a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with the ability to apply these techniques effectively in a variety of settings 
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in data science (e.g., through internships or university/personal projects) as well as consulting 
• You are proficient in both R and Python and comfortable with the current tech toolkit in data science, ready to tackle projects and innovate with the latest developments 
• You possess a solid foundation in statistical analysis, capable of applying univariate, bi-, and multivariate techniques to solve complex problems 
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience with agile working methods 
• You should also be a strong communicator, have very good German and English skills, and be able to prepare and present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the respective target group (business, tech) 
• Furthermore, you distinguish yourself by your dependability as well as your thorough and structured work style 
• Lastly, you should enjoy occasional business trips to our customers on site in DE/AT/CH 

During our one-year trainee program, we will prepare you for a subsequent position as a consultant with a focus on Data Science in our team. You will benefit from a tailored development program that includes a variety of basic training courses (for example, project management and presentation styles) as well as intense mentorship. Simultaneously, you will be able to utilize and expand your knowledge in real customer projects. We can assure you one thing you’re learning curve will be steep!
