Senior Consultant Data & AI Strategy (f/m/d)

Our AI Strategy team supports our customers in designing and implementing their data & AI strategy. In doing so, we always pursue the goal of enabling the full potential of data, data science and AI. Working closely with our clients, we take on a wide variety of strategic challenges, from the initial determination of the AI maturity level, to the formulation of the data & AI strategy, to the development and implementation of new operating models.

• You support our customers in shaping their future by advising them on strategic issues relating to data and artificial intelligence  
• As part of consulting projects, you will develop innovative concepts and solutions around the following topics: Data & AI strategy, AI ambitions/goals, AI operating models, data culture, change management, AI project management, data architecture, AI platforms and benefits of AI
• In addition, you will plan workshop formats on these topics and conduct them independently and together with our customers
• You will also be involved in the further development of our service portfolio in the area of data & AI strategy, both with regard to classic consulting services and innovative digital products
• Furthermore, you will support in the acquisition of strategy projects as well as the maintenance and expansion of our customer and partner network, together with our sales team 
• In addition, you will continuously and proactively contribute to the further development of existing processes together with the team 

• You have at least 3 years of experience in AI strategy consulting or in a comparable internal role in a corporate environment
• You have relevant project management experience in the field of data, AI or IT strategy 
• You have extensive experience in the practical application of various consulting methods (e.g. business model design and transformation, change management, process design)
• You have a comprehensive understanding of and interest in current trends in the areas of data science and AI, as well as their strategic implications
• You have strong written and spoken communication skills (German and English)
• You enjoy occasional business trips to our customers on site in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
