Our Strategy, Sales & Marketing unit develops and supports the strategic direction of statworx, ensures the internal and external communication of our offerings, our values and strategy and is the driving force behind the acquisition of new customers and projects. As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible in particular for representing our expertise and spirit in the form of appealing designs on various channels.

• You are responsible for the design and maintenance of our website (mainly in WordPress) 
• You will be responsible for uploading and revising various landing pages (blog posts, workshops, etc.) 
• You take care of setting up and ensuring various interfaces to our CRM system HubSpot  
• You support us in the implementation of our (technical) SEO strategy  
• You design graphics and social media visuals and contribute to the creation of advertising materials, printed matter and trade fair materials  
• You will also actively support our marketing team in the implementation of online and offline advertising measures

• You have successfully completed your training as a media designer, graphic designer or web designer or your studies in the field of marketing / advertising / design 
• In addition, you have already gained some practical experience in the field of web design, graphic design or similar 
• You are familiar with usability standards, apply them confidently and always keep an eye on search engine optimization at the same time 
• You have good HTML/CSS and ideally also JavaScript skills and are experienced in using WordPress or Webflow
• You are proficient in Canva and Figma as well as the common Adobe Creative Cloud products (including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools  
• You have a flair for creativity and aesthetics as well as a basic understanding of common design and marketing principles 
• You should also be enthusiastic about tech trends and innovations, especially in the field of artificial intelligence and data science 
• You are also characterized by your strong communication skills as well as at least very good German and English skills (at least C1 CEFR level)
• You value teamwork, but are also used to working independently in your area of responsibility
