Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

• As part of our project teams, you will design and deploy modern database systems within exciting customer projects
• You will advise our customers on technologies, tools and data-related best practices
• You will implement and orchestrate data processes with a special focus on data quality, security, and resilience
• You will create data pipelines to connect to a variety of data science projects
• You will operationalize and deploy scalable data infrastructures in the cloud
• You will actively contribute to various formats of internal knowledge exchange

• You have gained at least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in the data engineering environment
• You are skilled in programming Python and Bash/Shell as well as SQL
• You have experience with distributed systems (e.g., Apache Spark) and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• It would be a plus if you possess an associate or expert/ professional cloud certification (e.g., GCP Professional Data Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert,...)
• You are confident in working with relational databases & ETL processes and are familiar with modern analytical database architectures (e.g., Data Lakes, Data Lakehouses)
• You are familiar with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Data Factory or Argo as well as with Docker and have ideally already worked with Kubernetes
• You are a strong communicator, have at least a good command of English and an advanced knowledge of German, both written and verbally (as well as the willingness to improve your skills further)
• Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through your reliability as well as thorough and structured way of working
