Our AI Strategy team supports our customers in designing and implementing their data & AI strategy. In doing so, we always pursue the goal of enabling the full potential of data, data science and AI. Working closely with our clients, we take on a wide variety of strategic challenges, from the initial determination of the AI maturity level, to the formulation of the data & AI strategy, to the development and implementation of new operating models.

• You will play a key role in shaping the further development and expansion of the AI Strategy unit as an important business area within our organization
• You will take over the technical management and coordination of the team and support the further expansion of competencies
• In addition, you will continuously develop our service portfolio in the area of AI strategy, both in terms of traditional consulting services and innovative digital products
• Furthermore, you will actively participate in the acquisition of strategy projects as well as in the maintenance and expansion of our customer and partner network, together with our sales team
• At least until the team has reached an appropriate size, you will also be actively involved in our consulting projects on an operational level
• This includes the planning and execution of workshops on topics such as data & AI strategy, AI operating models, data culture, change management, AI project management, data architecture, AI platforms and the benefits of AI.
• In addition, you will continuously and proactively contribute to the further development of existing processes together with the team

• You have at least 3 years of experience in AI strategy consulting or in a comparable internal role in a corporate environment
• You have relevant project management experience in data, AI or digitalization strategy and have ideally successfully led teams in the past
• You have extensive experience in the practical application of a wide variety of consulting methods (e.g., business model design and transformation, change management, process design)
• You have a comprehensive understanding and interest in current trends in the areas of data science, AI or digitalization, as well as their strategic implications
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal (German and English)
• You enjoy occasional business trips to our customers on site in DE/AT/CH
